Fajitas Steak



Ingredients:
1/8 of an onion sliced
1 green bell pepper sliced
3.5 oz of cubed steak
lemon juice

Seasonings:
Garlic Salt
Mrs. Dash Southwest Chipotle
Tony Chachere's Creole seasoning

Now I did combined veggies which is not on the strict protocol of Dr. Simeon's. But I have had this dish several times and I am still losing weight. So I leave this recipe up to your discretion.
In a non-stick pan put the onions and bell peppers with some lemon juice and place a lid over them for 5 minutes. Then put the cubed steak right on top of the veggies and add the seasoning to taste. (sorry I never measure my seasonings) Then cover the pan and let simmer for 10 minutes. This meal has about 210 calories.
It tastes so amazing that I don't even miss the tortillas.
