HCG Miracle Spaghetti


The other day I was having a crazy craving for something Italian, it must be because I have been watching to much Rachel Ray cooking pasta. So I created this dish that is phase 2 friendly.
Ingredients:
3.5 oz of very lean ground beef
1 packet of miracle noodles
1/8 of a chopped onion
1 clove of garlic
1 cup of diced tomato.
Seasonings:
4 dashes of Rosemary leaves
few dashes of Italian seasoning
few dashes of Pizza seasoning.
Prep the miracle noodles, make sure to follow the instructions on the package, or it could change the flavor of your dish.
In a non-stick frying pan place onion, garlic and tomatoes over med-high heat. Add ground beef and seasonings. Place a lid over it. Stir frequently and cook till most juices are gone. Then sever over the miracle noodles.
This recipe is roughly around 155 calories, but will taste like restaurant spaghetti
(miracle noodle can be found a health food stores in the refrigerated section, they are a zero calorie Asian noodle made from the same kind of plant that they use to wrap fresh spring rolls in, if prepared by following the package directions they should have no taste but they fill you up)
